From leading small crews to successfully running an entire operations team, Chris’ experience has made him well versed in the industry. For the past 4 years, Chris has taken ATC Services from a startup company at $400k in revenue and leading them to a total of $12M in revenue. He has proven himself to be a leader that is trusted by the employees and customers. Chris looks beyond the day-to-day functions of the company to think strategically about the future, develop a vision, and provide a path forward for long- term success.Chris has a good grasp of financial principles and is able to translate those principles into business results and understand how to create real value to the business. With the responsibility of managing the business and making sure it succeeds, he is continuously looking at data and factors, like the economy and competing businesses, to forecast what the company could have to handle in the future and plans accordingly.

Shawn Rye
Shawn Rye is C -Level leader with over 20 years of hands-on accounting and finance experience. A West Texas born native with experience in multiple industries (Oilfield Services, Manufacturing, Mining, Construction, and Retail). Proven effective team builder working for leading companies such as Basic Energy Services, Weatherford, Express Energy, FTS International & SwiftWater Energy Services (acquired). Lead accounting teams with companies ranging from $10 million in revenue up to $1.5 billion in revenue. Shawn’s credentials include an MBA from New Mexico State University and a BBA in accounting. Shawn earned a BBA while working full time on oilfield rigs and as an underground miner operator. Shawn was instrumental in growing SwiftWater Energy Services from a $2M initial seed to an eventual sell to Tetra Technologies for $70M.
